Notice of Public Hearing Notice for
Ordinance 2024-6 to Authorize An Ordinance to Regulate Grass & Weeds in the City of Minnesota Lake

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Minnesota Lake City Council will
hold a public hearing on Monday, September 23, 2024 at 6:00 PM in the
Minnesota Lake Council Room, 103 Main St N, Minnesota Lake, MN to
hear and authorize an Ordinance to Regulate Grass & Wees in the City of
Minnesota Lake. Details and a copy of the full Ordinance is available for
inspection at the City Clerk’s office at 103 Main St., Minnesota Lake, MN.
The City Council for final approval will be held at 6:00 pm Monday, September
23, 2024 after the Public Hearing at the City Council Rooms.
Any objections to the passing of this ordinance may be made in person at
the time of the said hearings, or by letter to the Clerk-Treasurer of the City
of Minnesota Lake, PO Box 98, Minnesota Lake, MN 56068-0098 on or
before Monday, September 23, 2024.
